1. The agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and VI TEK DOO import-export Skopje, Dame Gruev 3/7-7, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia, Company ID (EMBS) 7392532 ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of finansii (Amnium Finance): the Android app, the web app at app.finansii.com and the finansii website (the "Service").
Amnium OÜ, Estonia (registry code 16982264), publishes the Android app on Google Play on our behalf.
You agree to these Terms when you create an account, and we keep a record of the version you accepted. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you accept for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. A separately signed agreement takes priority only where it expressly changes these Terms.
2. The Service and who can use it
finansii helps companies run everyday finances: invoices, quotes, credit notes, expenses and documents, bank accounts, customers and suppliers, and the AI assistant Amnium Compass. The features you get depend on your plan and permissions. The Service is offered in North Macedonia.
finansii is for businesses and their representatives aged 18 or over. It does not hold your money or make bank payments for you, and it does not replace your accountant, tax adviser or lawyer.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and two-factor authentication codes secret and do not share them with anyone, including your accountant; invite them as a user instead. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at once at support@amnium.io if you suspect misuse.
- Your company decides who it invites, such as its accountant, and what they can access. It must remove access when it is no longer needed. Access to one company gives no access to another.
4. Your records and responsibilities
Your content stays yours. You give us only the rights we need to store, process, display, send and back it up to provide the Service.
You are responsible for:
- having the right to use any personal data you enter;
- the accuracy of your records, including amounts, recipients and extracted fields, before you approve or send them;
- meeting your own tax, accounting, filing and record-keeping duties.
Export the records you need to keep. Our backups are for recovering the Service, not for keeping your records on your behalf.
5. Free trial, subscription and payment
Free trial. finansii has a 30-day free trial. No card or payment is needed to start it. If you select and authorise a paid subscription during the trial, it starts automatically when the trial ends. If you do not, access ends when the trial ends.
Prices. Prices are shown before you subscribe, in Macedonian denars (MKD), including VAT. You can pay monthly or yearly.
Where to subscribe. Subscriptions are not sold in the Android app. The app is used to sign in to an existing account.
Payment. You can pay in either of two ways:
- By card, through the hosted checkout of NLB Banka AD Skopje. Your card details are entered on NLB Banka's page and never reach our systems.
- By bank transfer, against our invoice. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Each new period starts when the previous one ends.
- Card subscriptions are charged automatically at renewal, under the recurring payment you authorised.
- Bank-transfer subscriptions get a new invoice automatically at renewal.
We remind you 7 days before a yearly renewal.
Price changes. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next period. You can cancel before it applies.
6. Cancellation, refunds and end of access
- Cancel: in Settings › Billing, or by email to support@amnium.io.
- After cancelling: you keep access until the end of the paid period, unless you request earlier deletion of the workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals and renewal charges. Amounts already due for the current or earlier periods remain payable, subject to the refund rules below.
- Refunds: we do not refund a period that has started, except where the law requires it or where we failed to provide the Service.
- Service reduced: if we remove a feature that is a significant part of what you pay for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the period.
- Late payment: if an invoice is unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may suspend access after warning you by email.
When access ends. Access ends when a trial ends without a subscription, at the end of the paid period after you cancel, or when a subscription is suspended for non-payment. Your company's data is kept for 30 days after that. During that time you can subscribe again to continue where you left off, or ask support@amnium.io for an export of your records. After 30 days, the data is deleted from live systems, subject to the backup, provider and legal retention rules in section 9 of the Privacy Policy. An earlier express deletion request follows the 3-calendar-day deadline stated there.
Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate. You can delete your account at any time, as described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. An express workspace-deletion request may end access before the paid period expires; the refund rules above continue to apply. Deleting a personal user account does not by itself cancel the company's subscription. Uninstalling the app neither cancels a subscription nor deletes an account.
7. Banks and other third-party services
Connect only bank accounts and send only documents you are authorised to use. Banks, payment providers and other connected services have their own terms and may be unavailable or delayed. Check important figures against the original source.
8. Amnium Compass and AI features
Compass answers from the Amnium reference library of laws, rules and help content; it does not read your company's records. Automatic document extraction reads the documents you submit.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Answers are general information, not legal, tax or professional advice. Check sources and extracted fields before relying on them. You remain responsible for your decisions.
9. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not:
- use the Service for anything illegal, including false invoicing or tax evasion;
- upload malware, or try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
- access data you are not authorised to see;
- share your login with anyone, or resell access to the Service without our written agreement. Inviting your accountant or other authorised representatives as users is allowed.
The software, design, brand and documentation belong to us or our licensors. During your authorised access, including the free trial and a paid subscription, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
10. Availability, changes and suspension
We maintain and improve the Service but cannot promise it will always be available, unless agreed separately. We schedule maintenance outside working hours where possible. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and section 6 applies.
We may restrict or suspend access if this is needed to deal with a security threat, illegal use, a serious breach of these Terms, or non-payment. Where possible, we will warn you first, explain why and give you time to fix it.
11. Data processing terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. This section is the binding processing agreement between your company (controller) and us (processor) for personal data in your company's records.
| Item | Terms |
|---|---|
| Subject and duration | Providing the Service, for as long as your company uses it, plus the deletion periods in the Privacy Policy |
| Nature and purpose | Storing, organising, displaying, sending, backing up and extracting data from records, as needed to provide the Service |
| Types of data | Names, contact details, tax and registration numbers, bank details, amounts and document contents |
| People concerned | Your company's customers, suppliers, staff, contacts and users |
We will:
- process the data only on your company's documented instructions, which are these Terms and your use of the Service, unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we tell you first where allowed. If we believe an instruction breaks data protection law, we tell you immediately;
- ensure staff with access are bound by confidentiality;
- apply the security measures described in the Privacy Policy;
- use only the sub-processors identified as processing customer data on our behalf in section 7 of the Privacy Policy, under written terms imposing the same data protection obligations. You authorise them generally; we tell you 30 days before adding or replacing one, and you may object and cancel;
- help you answer requests from the people concerned and meet your security, breach and impact-assessment duties;
- notify you without undue delay, and within 48 hours, after becoming aware of a breach affecting your data;
- when the Service ends, at your company's choice, return the data to you (by export) or delete it, and then delete all remaining copies within the periods in the Privacy Policy, unless the law requires us to keep them;
- give you the information needed to show we meet these obligations, and allow audits by you or an auditor you appoint. Routine audits are once a year, on 30 days' notice, at your cost. These limits do not apply to audits required by a supervisory authority, or after a breach or other reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance; those take place on reasonable notice.
Any cross-border processing, including storage in the EU, remote access by our team in North Macedonia and processing by sub-processors elsewhere, follows your documented instructions, the routes described in the Privacy Policy, and the safeguards required by law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit to the extent it constitutes an indirect loss;
- we are not liable for losses to the extent caused by your own errors or inaction, such as wrong data you entered, records you approved without checking, filings you made late, or data you did not export before deleting it;
- our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We tell you about important changes at least 30 days in advance, in the app or by email. If you disagree, you can cancel before they apply. Changes do not affect rights you already have.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute amicably. Otherwise, the competent court in Skopje decides.
